One of the most common questions I hear nowadays is – “What precautions are you taking during Covid?”

And that is a completely understandable question to ask! Especially when many of the participants in my sessions are amongst the most vulnerable – babies and young children.

Here’s what I’m doing to keep you and myself safe:

1. I am vaccinated and boosted. I trust the science.
2. I always wear a mask. This is especially important during my newborn sessions and in-home family sessions.
3. I socially distance, this is pretty easy to do during outdoor sessions thankfully! But in the event that I have to be closer, I am wearing my mask as well.
4. Honesty is so important! I always inform my clients of my Covid safety precautions that I’ll be taking during their session, and I always ask that they also inform me if anyone in their household is feeling unwell. There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing to reschedule a session due to illness (at no cost to you!) – whether it’s covid or not! If I’m the one feeling unwell or if I’ve had a known covid exposure, I will reschedule (again, at no cost).
