Photography has always been a major part of my life. I have a Liberal Arts degree in Studio Arts from Ursuline College, and while there I photographed two of their class reunions. I have also photographed 3 rounds of US Army basic training in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. From there, it was easy to jump in to lifestyle photography, especially after photographing live munitions trainings while wearing body armor!

I love incorporating natural botanical elements in all of my sessions, when possible. As your personal lifestyle photographer, I believe that what I do is an art, and part of that is finding those little details that will set your photos apart from the average.
Laughter
I truly believe that genuine smiles and laughter beat those "say cheese" ones every time. As you settle in to a session with me, you'll find that those genuine moments happen pretty naturally!

Finding what makes your family special is part of my job. I love finding and documenting those small, important details that make you unique!
Sunlight
I'm an artist, and I work with light. I live for those soft, glowy sunsets, and those sunrays that peak through the clouds. Even overcast days can create beauty, making every skin tone lush and beautiful. In every session, light is the most important and crucial detail that I'll be considering at every moment and how to best use it to flatter you.
