Lifestyle Newborn Photography, Cleveland Ohio – Welcome, Cora Adalynn
I had the privilege to do a newborn session for Sarah and Zak for their brand new baby girl, Cora. When I arrived she was sweetly asleep, bundled and swaddled up. Sarah and I actually went to high school together, and I’ve always known her as an easy going, kind, compassionate person. 15 years later (omg!) I can say that’s still true. They chose wonderful colors of Cora’s nursery, as you’ll see below, and Cora also has the best (furry) big sister, Bella, who made her way into nearly every photo.
I had some fun during this session by creating a baby’s breath nest in my Moses basket for Cora, and captured some truly adorable moments.
Cora is a very relaxed baby, I have to say. She makes her needs known, like every newborn, but she calmed down almost immediately when snuggled up and given her pacifier. She has beautiful dark hair, with a sweet little cowlick in the back, and still had those newborn blue eyes when I was there. As Sarah and I are Facebook friends, I’m really looking forward to seeing photos of her growing up! Also – she has a magnificent bow wall. Check out the full gallery link below to see!
At the session too were Zak’s mom and Grandma, Cora’s Grandma and Great Grandma. I was able to capture some very sweet moments of Cora with her Grandma & Great Grandma. I absolutely love it when the older relatives of a baby want to be included in the newborn session. It turns the session into a true archival, generational event.
If you’re interested in a newborn session, please do reach out! These sessions are high on my list of favorites. And I aim to create a full storytelling style gallery, getting all the little details.
